With six studios across three locations, we’ve created a welcoming and empowering environment for people of all levels – from beginners to seasoned pros. Our diverse offerings, including Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, and Breathwork, provide a balanced, full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong, centered, and inspired. Whether you’re here to challenge yourself, find your flow, or recharge, we’re committed to helping you move with intention and purpose.
Since opening in 2019, we’ve grown into a community of movement lovers who share a passion for mindful, purposeful exercise. We focus on creating a sense of balance, ensuring that every workout is energising yet restorative, challenging yet accessible.

The Mode Method

At the heart of everything I do is the belief that there’s magic in finding a workout you love – one that feels good and that you genuinely look forward to. It’s not just about getting through a class; it’s about enjoying the process and feeling stronger, more connected, and empowered after each session.
As the founder of Mode Pilates, I’ve made it my mission to create just that – a space where people in our communities can experience mindful movement that energizes the body and supports the mind.
As a wife and mama to two young boys, Bodhi and Albie, I understand the real-life juggle of balancing family life with the demands of running a growing business. But I also know that with determination, creativity, and a supportive community, it’s possible to create something truly special.
In 2024, I was honoured to be named one of Westpac’s Women in Business, an achievement that continues to motivate me to push boundaries and create new opportunities for growth – for myself, my team, and for everyone who walks through our doors.
I am deeply grateful to lead Mode Pilates, with total devotion to a more modern Pilates approach.
