Burn Mode is a dynamic class that fuses the best parts of pilates and barre for a total-body, intentionally challenging workout. High energy, low impact movements engage stabiliser muscles, spike your heart rate and cultivate both cardio fitness and strength. We pump beats that get your body moving and your mind in the zone. Pack a sweat towel and a bag big enough to hold a ridiculous amount of post-class endorphins. Burn will leave you feeling sweaty, and ready for the day.

Suitable for all levels, with regressions for mamas-to-be to adjust at all stages of pregnancy.

A dynamic mat class grounded in the principles of traditional pilates with a modern twist. A focus on control, precision and alignment we flow through functional, muscle sculpting movements with small props to promote stability, strength and flexibility.

Power Pilates

Prepare to break a sweat.

This is resistance strength and conditioning, redefined. Power is the epitome of progressive Pilates: faster, fluid, multi-intensity movements that make you feel really good. Using the latest Bala equipment, we work through a circuit of cardio fundamentals designed to tone, lengthen and strengthen every muscle in your body. Old school throwbacks and funky beats elevate our energy levels and set the tone for a core-igniting, heart pumping, sweat inducing workout.

Power Mode is a little too intense for ladies in their second or third trimester.

Slow Flow to Yin

A synergy of breath, body and mind, like you’ve stepped into holiday mode.

Slow Flow to Yin is a slow-paced, flow yoga class where form and function coexist. A combination of juicy asanas, mindful movements and deep stretches to nurture mobility, flexibility and balance out your more intense workouts. The music is purposefully slow and meditative, the low beat creates space for you to hold postures and surrender to your breath. Flow will leave you feeling energised. Calm. Ready for the day.

Suitable for anyone who needs to wind down, including mamas-to-be in their first & second trimesters.

Mode Reformer

An open-level dynamic reformer class… it gets spicy!

Mode Body reformer is an open-level dynamic flow class that get all the good vibes flowing in that bod! The class focuses on technique enhancement, lengthening and strengthening by building resistance and adding in progressions and more challenging movements. A perfect blend of flow, sweat and Mode’s signature burn. With regressions and progressions, Mode Reformer caters for all levels.

REFORMER


Prepare to break a sweat, this is our higher energy cardio and strength Reformer workout.

 Everything you love about Mode Reformer, with an extra dose of spice. This class is our intermediate/advanced level reformer class that blends cardio with physical and mental strength. 

Expect a faster pace, full-body flows and of course (as always), awesome tunes.

This class is not suitable for second and third trimester.
