Slow Flow to Yin

A synergy of breath, body and mind, like you’ve stepped into holiday mode.

Slow Flow to Yin is a slow-paced, flow yoga class where form and function coexist. A combination of juicy asanas, mindful movements and deep stretches to nurture mobility, flexibility and balance out your more intense workouts.

The music is purposefully slow and meditative, the low beat creates space for you to hold postures and surrender to your breath.
