“I give myself permission to feel good.”

Take it in. Say it out loud. Let it settle. Because when you feel good, you radiate that energy into everything around you. And the universe? It responds.

This is why, at Mode, we created our brand tagline The Feel Good Club - a reminder that movement should feel empowering, uplifting, and fun.
Every year, we intentionally kick things off with our Feel Good February Challenge as a way to reset, realign, and prioritise feeling good - without the pressure of perfection.

WHAT THIS MEANS TO ME

I’ll be honest - this is something I have to work on daily. Right now, I’m in the most challenging yet rewarding stage of life, constantly balancing family and professional responsibilities. Some days, most days there is no perfect balance - just doing my best to show up or get it done.

So this month, I’m making a commitment with you:
-  Eating nourishing, feel-good foods
-  No work before 7am OR after 9pm
- Taking on the Feel Good 20 Class Challenge myself
- When the sun is out, get out - 20 minutes dose of Vitamin D daily 

YOUR TURN - WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD?

 It could be something as simple as taking a longer morning walk, drinking your coffee without distractions, enjoying a phone-free outing, lying under the sun with a book, or even treating yourself to an evening Pilates class followed by dinner and a margarita with a girlfriend you haven't seen in a while. Whatever it is, prioritise those moments and let them fill your days with more joy.

Or maybe it’s finally booking that massage, that long-overdue hair appointment, or just giving yourself permission to rest, take that nap. Because feeling good isn’t selfish - it’s necessary.

YOUR CHALLENGE THIS MONTH

Say this affirmation every morning with me:

“I give myself permission to feel good.”

Then act on it. See how just one week of this shift transforms your energy. The more good you allow yourself to feel, the easier it becomes to navigate life’s challenges - without the feeling of constant struggle.

Make feeling good the priority. The hustle can wait.
